Compliance & Acceptable Use

Permitted use

Gyggle is a storage orchestration tool for accounts you own and control. You may link any Google account you have lawful access to and use Gyggle to distribute files across them.

Prohibited use

You may not use Gyggle to:

  • Create, purchase, or acquire Google accounts by automated or deceptive means
  • Circumvent storage limits on accounts you do not own
  • Resell storage capacity to third parties
  • Store content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
  • Evade a suspension, ban, or quota enforcement placed on you by Google

Your responsibility

Gyggle does not create accounts and does not verify account ownership beyond OAuth. You are solely responsible for compliance with Google's Terms of Service, and you accept that Google may suspend accounts at its discretion. Gyggle is not liable for suspended accounts, lost data resulting from suspension, or any fees you incur as a result.

Enforcement

We rate-limit and monitor for automated account-farming patterns. Accounts exhibiting them are terminated without refund. We'd rather lose a customer than become a ban-farm.

No affiliation

Gyggle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. "Google" and "Google Drive" are trademarks of Google LLC, used here for identification only.
